OpenGut: An Open-Source Platform for Gut-Computer Interaction Research

What it is
Open-source gastrointestinal acoustic sensing toolkit: a wearable sensor board with real-time audio and haptic feedback, firmware, and a desktop app for visualisation, annotation and analysis.
I designed and built the hardware end to end during a research internship at the Augmented Human Lab, National University of Singapore: the front-end electronics, the impedance matching, the PCB, the firmware and the enclosure. Signal denoising is bySoundarya Ramesh.
